Spare parts download summary:
Dealer Online part Enquiry screen allows you to export to excel a list of all spare parts within Kubota.
To access log into “Dealer Online>Dealer Spare Parts>Price file download”
2.2 Spare parts download Details:
| Number | Item | Description |
| 1 | Export Data | Allows you to set the type of information you wish to export |
| 2 | Folder | This shows you your recent files you have requested to export. Once a file has finished exporting the file will appear here. |
| 3 | Tasks | This shows you a history of the exports you have run including if any are InProgress |
3.1 Export Data View Summary:
This screen allows you to set the Band of data you wish to export into excel
3.2 Export Data View Details:
| Number | Item | Description |
| 1 | Brand | Exports all the parts associated with that brand. |
| 2 | Active | Filters out parts that meet “active”,”inactive” or “all” status. |
| 3 | Export | Will export the results to an excel file. |
4.1 Folder Summary:
This window shows you the previous files you have request to be downloaded. After a file has been processed the file will appear in this window for download.
4.2 Recent Order View Details:
| Number | Item | Description |
| 1 | File name | This shows the name of the file and the time and date the file was exported. |
| 2 | Download | This will download the selected file into excel |
| 3 | Refresh |
This will update the list of files in your folder. NOTE Once a file from section 5 is finished you may need to refresh this section to see the download icon. |
5.1 Spare parts download task Summary:
This window will show the status of the files you have requested. When you run an export, it will show if the process of the file you have recently requested.
5.2 Spare parts download task Details:

| 1 | File name and brand | Shows the file type and brand of the Data in the file. |
| 2 | Status | Shows the status of how the file creation is progressing |
| 3 | Export time |
Shows the time and date the file was requested to be exported (NOTE: times are UTC) |
| 4 | Finish time |
Shows the time and date the file has been finished and is ready to download (NOTE: times are UTC) |
| 5 | Progress | Shows the progress of the file download |
| 6 | Refresh | This will refresh this window and show the latest results and data. |
