In order to set up your Multi factor authentication (MFA) for Dealer Online please ensure your profile has a mobile phone and or E-mail attached.
1. Log into Dealer Online:
2. From the top right click on your name > User Profile
3. Ensure you have a valid e-mail and mobile number under the general tab:
4. If your details are incorrect click the Pencil icon and update.
NOTE for SMS to work you must put a mobile number on the Mobile Field:
5. Under the 2FA section click the "+"
6. Under "Authentication Type" Dropdown Select your preferred option to get a Code E-mail/ SMS
7. Click "Save"
