In order to meet our security requirements and to protect your data, Kubota are implementing Dealer Online Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).
This will mean that when logging into Dealer Online you may be prompted to provide a 1 time pin number. This may happen when:
- You have not provided a pin number in more than 3 days
- You are logging into a new device.
Kubota offer 2 methods of using MFA:
- Email: Kubota will send a 6 digit code to your registered email address
- SMS: Kubota will send a 6 digit code to your registered Mobile number
