How to access a shared mailbox

In order to access the shared mailbox, please see below: 

If this is your 1st time accessing a shared mailbox please see the steps below "1st time access"

How to access: 

1. Open your "KBT Edge profile."

2. Open the link from your bookmark bar. 

1st time access: 

1. Once you receive the email from "[e-mail] with the shared mailbox link, copy the link.

2. Open your "KBT Edge profile."

3. Paste the link into the address bar.

4. Click "Add this page to Favourites"

5. Give your bookmark a name.
