In order to view your EIT tickets Please see below:
From the EIT support page Click "Your Name" and then "My Activities"
Below will show you a view all of your tickets:
| Number | Description | |
| 1 | Requests | A list off all the tickets you have logged |
| 2 | Contributions | A List of Tickets you have been CC'ed in |
| 3 | Following | NOT IN USE |
| 4 | Search | You can use free text to find a word or look for a ticket |
| 5 | Status | Select a defined filter to only how certain tickets |
| 6 | Subject | The title/ Email subject |
| 7 | Ticket ID | The ticket number you can quote to EIT |
| 8 | Created | Date the ticket was created |
| 9 | Last activity | The date and time and the ticket was last updated |
| 10 | Status | The ticket status |
If you click on the subject of the ticket you will see details (including comments and ticket history) of your request:
