Dealer Online: new spare parts order

Allows a dealer to enter a new order into DOL 

2.1 Page view:

1	Actions	Cancel order: Use this to cancel a created order.
2	New	Create a new sales order.
3	Print	Allows you to print a copy of the order
4	PDF	Allows you to create a PDF copy of the order
5	Submit order	When finished creating the order click submit order button. After performing this KTA can now fulfil the order. No further edits will be allowed.
6	Sales order	Displays the KAU sales order number
7	Order type	Displays the type of order
8	Status	Displays the status of the order
9	Dealer details	Displays the details of the dealer and details of the shipping location

11	Dealer order number	Displays the text entered into the initial order submission
12	Dealer reference	Displays the text entered  into the initial order submission
13	Order date	Displays the date the order was submitted to Kubota
14	Requested Delivery date	The date the order will be dispatched. This will default to the minimum delivery window allowed for the order type
15	Net Value	Displays the total the order cost
16	Carrier	Displays the type of transport the order will used.
17	Bulletin	Displays if the order was placed under a bulletin.
18	Delivery address	Displays the Selected delivery address
19	Add from cart	This will add all items within your Dealer Online shopping cart into the order.
20	Create product line	Gives you a larger screen to see more details about a part before you order including part availability.
21	Part number	Displays the part number on order
22	Description	Displays the description of the part on order
23	Sales Qty	Displays the ordered Quantity for the requested part
24	RRP	Displays the List price of that requested part.
25	More options	Give you the options to update the order list and OR Delate an iteam from your order
26	Display more information	Gives you a larger screen to see more details about a part before you order including part availability.
27	Search	Allows you to enter the part number to add to the order. You must enter a minimum of 3 characters. To list all part number push TAB to display a list.
28	Description	Provides a Description of the part number being ordered
29	Quantity	Allows you to enter the Quantity of parts you wish to order
30	Price	Provides the RRP price of the part line
31	Add Line to order	Once you confirm the part number click “add” to add the line to your order.
32	Notes	Allows a dealer to add an reference note to the order. NOTE this does NOT sync back to Kubota
33	Attachments	Allows you attach images and other attachments to the order for refence
